Dunlop gumboots are changing the farm foot ware game. Pair them with socks that stay put, are the perfect thickness, breathable, easy to wash, and that don’t wear out after one season and you have the perfect match.

These socks are crafted using two types of wool – traditional high-quality Merino and Herculan® strong wool. Revolutionary Nuyarn® spinning technology is used to create Herculan® strong wool, utilising wool fibres typically found in carpets and renowned for its strength. Herculan® strong wool is remarkably soft while retaining its durable qualities and lasting 8.8x longer than standard merino wool.

GUMBOOTS

 

Purofort® is a unique Dunlop® material with millions of evenly distributed air pockets.

The air pockets generated in the mixing process of Purofort material mean that boots made using Purofort® are up to 35% lighter than PVC, rubber or competitive PU boots. As well as providing thermal insulation down to -20˚C.

Due to the cross-linked structure Purofort® is extremely flexible and offers maximum stretch, for comfort and a longer life-time of your boots.

Purofort® material is mixed under high pressure meaning it contains millions evenly distributed of air pockets.

Care instructions

  • Clean regularly with water and suitable cleaning product
  • Do not soak in detergent or other chemicals
  • Clean every day during intensive use
  • Rinse inside of boots regularly with clean water
