Return
Not what you expected? Had a change of mind and no longer want the item? You can return your item within 30 days of receipt and items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels and swing tags attached.
Replace
We back our products 100%. If you product has a manufacturing fault and is beyond repair, we will replace it.
Exchange
If you are needing an exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Repair
Think your product can be repaired? Simply send us pictures of the damaged area to support@betacraftworkwear.com and one of our customer service team will be in touch.
