Repair
If you think your item is leaking, or has a manufacturing fault, get in touch via the form below and our friendly customer service team will help you find the best solution. We back our products 100%, so if there is a manufacturing fault we will repair or replace the item.
Exchange
If you are needing an exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that if you are making an exchange for an item shipped from New Zealand, you can return the item to the our UK warehouse, however you may be charged a shipping fee of £30 to ship the replacement item to you from New Zealand.
