New Zealand
Within New Zealand, we use Poste Haste couriers. Allow 2-5 days, depending on how rural you are.
Please note we are unable to ship to a PO Box.
• Free shipping for orders $100 and over
• Flat fee of NZ$5 for orders under the value of $100

Australia
• Free shipping for orders AU$200 and over
• Flat fee of AU$30 for orders under AU$200

UK
• Free shipping for all products over £50 that are shipped from our UK warehouse
• Most products are shipped from our UK warehouse. Expect a 3-6 day service, longer during public holidays
• Some products are shipped from New Zealand, expect a 5-10 day service
• If products are shipped from New Zealand, Betacraft will look after all duties and taxes, as well as free shipping 

EU/NO/CH
• Free shipping for all products over €200
• Most products are shipped from our UK warehouse. Expect a 4-7 day service, longer during public holidays
